To generate and leverage User Generated Content to help boost consideration & conversions for the newly launched Pond's 3D Glow Serum. To help Pond's maximise the reach of the UGC with amplification through video, social media and e-commerce.
A targeted recruitment of 1,000 testers with specific skin needs and collection of UGC amplified for real world evidence through a social sharing contest, dedicated e-com banners and a 15-sec amplification video.
The campaign generated 617 reviews, including 490 photos and 144 videos turned over to brand with full usage rights.
Collection of before & after photos to increase the social proof of the product efficacy in real usage condition
The trial results allowed T&R to certify powerful claims such as "90% would switch to Pond's" to be used on POSM or digital assets with perpetual usage rights in Thailand.
