What the Try & Review and Yotpo integration does

This integration automatically sends verified reviews and user-generated photos from your Try & Review sampling campaigns directly to your Yotpo account, weekly. This allows you to seamlessly display high-quality campaign reviews on your e-commerce store without manually copying and pasting them.

Setup for the Yotpo - Try&Review Integration

There is no software to install or dashboard to configure on your end. Our team handles the entire setup internally.

To get started, email tech-support@tryandreview.com at least 7 days before your campaign start date with the subject line "[Yotpo Integration] - [Your Brand Name]" and include:

Your Brand Name
The country where the campaign will run
Your Yotpo API Credentials (App Key & Secret Key - more info )
Whether your campaign products are already created in Yotpo:

If YES: Please list the product names as they appear in Yotpo.
If NO: Let us know, and our team will automatically sync and create the products in Yotpo for you.

Once we receive your complete setup details, our team will configure the integration internally within 3 working days and send you a confirmation once it is ready.

Where can I find my Yotpo App Key and Secret Key?

You can find these credentials in your Yotpo workspace under General Settings. For step-by-step instructions, check out Yotpo's official guide: Finding your Yotpo App Key and Secret Key.

Do I need to manually create the campaign products in Yotpo first?

No, you don't have to!

If your products are already in Yotpo: Just list their exact names in your setup email so we can map them accurately.
If your products are not in Yotpo yet: Let us know in your email, and our system will automatically create the required products in your Yotpo account based on your Try & Review campaign details.

How often are reviews synced to my Yotpo account?

Once your campaign is live and reviews are submitted by campaign testers, our system will automatically push new verified reviews and photos to your Yotpo account on a weekly basis.

Will this integration affect organic reviews left by regular customers on my website?

No, your organic reviews are completely unaffected. The integration only sends over reviews written by officially selected testers participating in your Try & Review campaign. It deliberately excludes any spontaneous reviews left by regular shoppers outside of the campaign.
